Thumbs up Important notification for SCJA certification

Sun Oracle-Java Certification's official name has been changed to Oracle-Java Certification legally by the vendor!

Here, I am mention the old name & code with their new name and code of SCJA Certification.

Old Name - SCJA : Sun Certified Java Associate Certification
Old Code - 310-019
New Name - Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) : Standard Edition Java 5 and 6
New Code - CX-310-019

That Candidates who want to get entry into an application development or a software project management on using Java technologies. It verifies basic knowledge of OO concepts, Java programming language and general knowledge of Java platforms and technologies.

Yeah it is an important news. But the sad part is the exam costs and questions types are also changed with the title. Everything seems different than before. So the applicants should be more conscious when they will go for this exam.

But i think it is not a matter of worry. Because as far i know there not much impact on exam with this change. The candidate need to be prepared himself properly only and it should not be a headache whether the name is oracle or sun. And if something is going to be changed then they inform their candidate very soon.
