Default Does passing 70-270 still make you a MCP?

I have looked on Microsoft's cert web page and might not get a clear response. It utilize to be passing one center displayed (like 70-270) made you a MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional). Is that still the case?

I attempted to utilize the hunt offer on this homepage but MCP is too humble of an expression for it to hunt down.

Much thanks to you!
