For Linux+ exam i can suggest you that Sybex book and CompTIA Linux+ book from McGrawHill by Robb H. Tracy seem pretty easy and good indeed. You can get simple way and easily understandable.

You can use both "Linux Administration Handbook" by Nemeth and "Linux for Dummies". They are pretty good to understand. And for link i could give you these links, hope this will help:
