You can use the study materials from Lar Kaufman, Running Linux by Matt Welsh and the simulation exam from ucertify.com for this exam. You know all are very effective sources for preparation and for my exam these helped me much. And the ucertify’s simulation exam are just like the actual exam which will make sense of your's about the real exam and provides a very good explanation of correct as well as incorrect answers. And you can test your preparation level through these materials and increase your confidence level.
Good luck!

I personally prefer both the Mike Meyers book and the Sybex books as well. And the train Signal videos of Sybex is also praiseworthy for preparation. I learned many things from these sources. If you like to start with something easy then you will like these.
