could some one please tell me how to hack into the administrators password to get in and change some settings so I can finally do some interesting things own the web please but I dont want him to ever be able to tell is that possible

Arrow unlock administrative password to unlock settings

I need to find this out I just need to be able to unlock the administrator password to change a couple settings so I can do and see more interesting things own web please could someone that knows how to do this own Windows XP and can tell me how to do this without the administrator ever being able to find out.
