I think for all these certs, CCIE is probably most useful. it is hard to get, it proves the ability of the professional, it guarantee the market demand, it is reputable and quite up to date. It is both back up by a monopoly in a field (like Microsoft cert) and ensure high level of technical complexity (unlike Microsoft cert)
